Dr. Kit S. Ng
Director / Psychologist & Marriage and Family Therapist

Kit S. Ng, PhD, spent the last 25 years in the United States before returning to Singapore to practice psychology. He brings with him more than 20 years of clinical experience in relationship therapy, addiction disorders, child psychology, couple therapy, family therapy, individual psychotherapy and consultation with different companies on employee issues. In the last decade, he served in two universities as Professor in Psychology and Family Therapy. He directed two graduate programs in Psychology at Kean University in New Jersey, while running his private practice which also covered the New York City area.

Dr. Ken Ung
Consulting Psychiatrist

Dr Ken Ung Eng Khean has been practicing since 1988. Before entering private practice in 2003, he was a consultant psychiatrist, Clinical Director and head of the Child and Adolescent Division in the Department of Psychological Medicine at National University Hospital. He also served as a Clinical Senior Lecturer with the Faculty of Medicine at National University of Singapore, and as an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Psychological Studies Academic Group in the National Institute of Education at Nanyang Technological University. He was also a Visiting Consultant with the Department of Psychological Medicine in National University Hospital and the Department of Psychiatry in Singapore General Hospital.

Karin Goh
Senior Psychologist, Child & Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, Singapore Psychological Society

Karin obtained her Master in Clinical Psychology from James Cook University. She has clinical experience with children with autism and ADHD, adults suffering from depression and anxiety, as well as delivers psychological assessment for learning disorders. She specialises in the following techniques: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with adults and children, motivational interviewing, Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) with children and reality therapy with adults and children.

Dr. Janice Lee
Doctor of Psychology (Clinical), Registered Psychologist, Singapore Psychological Society

Janice is a Registered Psychologist and approved supervisor by the Singapore Psychological Society. She is also an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society and full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She obtained her Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) at James Cook University, Singapore, Masters of Arts in Applied Psychology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Bachelor of Arts in Disability Studies from Deakin University, Australia. Janice has strong backgrounds in assessment and testing, and in counselling individuals, couples, and families.

Angeline Kin
Art Therapist & Counselor

Angeline is a registered art therapist with the Australian New Zealand Art Therapists’ Association and is a board member of the Art Therapists’ Association of Singapore. She holds a Masters degree in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts/ Goldsmiths University, London. Angeline’s clinical experience from internships, private practice and freelance work includes working with children, adolescents and adults from different backgrounds addressing various emotional, psychological and behavioural challenges. She has worked with people of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety (general & social), self-harm, suicidal ideation, psychosis, behavioural problems, anger management, chronic stress (work, relational, existential), suicide bereavement, grief/loss, addiction, trauma and childhood abuse. She has also run various art therapy workshops for: Grief Counselling; Creative Growth & Mental Wellbeing (single mothers support, youth at risk, a depression & bi-polar support group) and a series of Parenting Teens Skills Workshops (psychoeducational). 

Lim Kit Kwan
Educational Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, Singapore Psychological Society

Kit Kwan is a Singapore Registered Psychologist (SRP) and an Approved SRP Supervisor by the Singapore Psychological Society.  She obtained her Masters in Arts (Applied Psychology), with specialization in Educational Psychology from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Bachelor of Social Science with Honours (2nd Class, Upper Division) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.

She has more than 10 years of experience in assessment and testing, and working with children and teens with special needs such as Autism, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavioural and emotional difficulties, as well as with their families.  She has worked in early intervention centres, special education schools, integrated preschool setting, as well as a private enrichment centre that has mainstream students with special needs. 

With regards to working with caregivers to build resilience and emotional health in neurotypical children, she is also a certified facilitator in the research-based, evidence-informed “Good Enough Parenting” model, which is predicated on Schema Therapy. She is also cognizant in the use of behavioural learning principles to help parents manage difficult behaviours in their pre-schoolers and young children, and to teach the latter more adaptive skills.

Cynthia Ku
Administrative Associate

As a psychology graduate from James Cook University Singapore, Cynthia is particularly interested in the field of anxiety, mood and personality disorder. Passionate in helping others and spreading awareness of the importance of Mental Health, she hopes to become a clinical psychologist in the future. 

Lauren Seow
Administrative Associate

Lauren is in her final year at James Cook University Singapore, finishing her Bachelor’s of Psychological Science. She is currently a CHAT Ambassador with the Institute of Mental Health’s Clinical Health Assessment Team, where she is involved in mental health outreach projects. She particularly enjoys working with young people and is passionate about the intersection between drama and psychopathology.

Leanne Wong
Assistant Psychologist / Administrative Associate

Leanne is a Psychology and Communication (Summa Cum Laude) graduate from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. She enjoys working with young children and has a particular interest in mood disorders and grief management. Leanne is also currently a volunteer at the Institute of Mental Health. She intends to pursue a postgraduate degree in Clinical (Child) Psychology in the near future.
